Alterations:

At Marie’s by Design, we want to ensure that your custom garments fit you perfectly. Clothing purchased at a Marie’s by Design showroom can be adjusted free of charge within 30 days of receiving your custom garment. Please note that alterations are subject to the condition that body measurements do not change due to excess weight fluctuation (within reasonability – at our discretion).

Remakes:

In rare cases where a garment is deemed unalterable to achieve the correct fit, Marie’s by Design will remake the garment free of charge. To qualify for a remake, a Marie’s by Design stylist will assess the garment during the fitting and notify you if a garment is unalterable. Please note that any request for a garment remake after a final fitting, where the garment is deemed of correct fit, will not be eligible.

Cancellations:

An order may be cancelled on the day of purchase before 09:00 PM EST. Requests for changes in fit, option, or fabric can be communicated quickly on the day of purchase before 09:00 PM EST by contacting us at mariesbydesign@gmail.com. Please note that no refund can be offered after the day of purchase, as orders are processed the same day payment is made, and fabrics are ordered and cut to your unique specifications.
